More on the Canyon

Kevin and the boys had an awesome time. It crossed one more thing off his life's to-do list (yes there is an actual list--you have to know Kevin) They came home with black toenails, learning the same lesson he has learned as a runner--bigger shoes. The trip down was tough as they toted brautwusrst on ice in an already packed backpack. ( 10 lbs Kevin swears now he could have lived without) It was a great people watching experience, and they found themselves somewhere in the the middle of the ability of the climbers. Between the eco-challenge trainers who were passing them after many more miles, and the man who sat at the bottom demanding a helicopter to take him back out. It was something that he has looked forward to forever, and is glad to have experienced.
