Open House Part 1: Anticipation

My kids are very excited about the open house at the school. It is the night where they cram as many people in the building as possible, and crank the heat up about 10 degrees. The kids have all been dutifully preparing artwork, cleaning desks, and even have surprises in store for us. I get to try and get my heart around their happiness, and be prepared to go see each classroom, contiain a wild, overtired two-year old, and try not to melt.
