I have spent the best part of the last hour trying to decide what to take to family camp. It is an overwhelming process to think about packing 7 people for 7 days to "camp". No washer/dryer. No air conditioning. Lots of activity. It could rain. It could be cold, worse, it could be bookin hot! I have read and reread the list the Church sent us. It is a good list, but a little vague. They cannot predict the moods of my kids, the weather, and worse yet, the number of spills that Hadley manages each and every day.
So here it is blog reader. Your chance to "remind" me of the one thing I CANNOT forget to take. Don't overlook the obvious, you just might save my sanity. I am looking forward to your comments!

we camp all the time. band aids. all of your towels. a clothesline. toilet paper. yard games. card games. can opener. pie irons. back up batteries for any thing with batteries. extra camera/video disks. wipes (face and butt). extra pair of shoes for each person. wash basin for dirty dishes. garbage bags. flashlights and books. camp chairs. fishing gear, if needed. sun hats so scalps don't burn. cash to buy local firewood. plastic tablecloth for dirty picnic tables. wagon or other rolling thing to carry stuff to beach, etc. i'll keep thinking. hear we may be graced with your presence on Thursday...I hope so!
