This morning we were planning on a playdate, but that got cancelled, so we hit the mall for a picture with Santa. The first time through Jill would not do it. We then spent over an hour at a certain video game store that was getting in wii's. Everyone in front of us got one. We didn't. Bummer. Then we went back for our Santa photo. It turned out okay I think. Maybe now a NAP!!!

I am on the Wii hunt also. It is exhausting! I have been waiting at wal-mart every day for the truck to come and so far the only day it had Wii's was the day I didn't get there! UGH! Also, I passed a huge display of them in October and thought,"Oh, there must not be a Wii shortage this year--I'll get mine later". How dumb am I????? Good luck! (Oh, and love all the pics of the kids!)
Did you get your Wii? I registered for wii alerts (wiialerts.com) and got one two days after I signed up. You get to pick places that you want to keep track of inventory and they real-time track wii inventory and email you when they become available. I had best buy, circuit city, and gamestop on my tracker and they became available online at Circuit City so I was able to get one that way. As soon as I got done with my first purchase I went back to the site to get another one and they were out already (in about 3 minutes or so). So you have be quick and be sitting at the computer when they email, but it worked. Good luck in your hunt--hopefully, you have gotten one already. Merry Christmas to you and your family!
