My triplets generally walk to school with the triplets down the street. (don't fear moving here, neither set came from this neighborhood- they just moved here to be with us really cool people) Every morning Monica and I stand in the cold watching the 6 of them mosey down the 200 yrd sidewalk chatting and goofing without a care in the world while we freeze our butts off wishing that they were faster.
This morning it was 6 degrees outside. Damn cold-----so cold that although one of her kids is sick, and I was in charge of the lot, I chose to watch them walk from the warmth of Kevin's office window. I found that this was their breaking point. They hurried to get out of the cold, windy weather, and to the warmth of the school awaiting them. We think they like to go slow so they can have more time before the inevitable separation that 6 separate classes bring, but apparently when it is that cold it is easier to decide they can talk again after school.
