It is sad that there are no pics to accompany this post, but they were being really good, and I was getting stuff done, so why stop to photo....
The girls played with 2/3 set of triplets from down the street thanks again to Monica for choosing the right new address, and the little girl next door this afternoon. They played Barbies, house, dress up, slip and slide, and watched part of Little Mermaid II. That was the first 1/2 hour.... No I joke, they do manage to get lots of stuff in during a short period of time, but that was more like 90 minutes.
The funny thing is that you can have 6 little girls in the house and not always know there are extra kids here. They can play sooooo nicely at this age. There is no tackling, no karate demonstration, no power rangers play, and no need for proving who can be the loudest. They just play different when there are no boys involved.
I am not picking on boys, I love mine, I would never give up the experience for anything in the world. If I had 5 of his closest friends here you would KNOW it. They are LOUD. They are ACTIVE. They are well, boys....
I am also not claiming to have the perfect little girls who never fight, yell, and cause trouble. They certainly do. Today was not one of those days. Today my girls did me proud. Those of you readers who have boys can remind me of this fairy tale day when their boys are just easier to deal with mentally/emotionally in middle school...
