What's this Arizona you guys speak of?

Hadley HATES cold weather. She is especially frustrated and angered by wind, but any type of coldness makes her cranky. This morning it is 43 degrees and feels like 36. Walking the kids to school with a screaming toddler is torture. To make things worse, I still need to get her a warm coat for this year. This morning, I squeezed her into last year's which is way too small. (not the one in the pic, that picture is from a few days ago) I fear that she will be moving near the equator as soon as she legally can.
